Delivery
After placing your order, When the payment is finished the status of your order will change form on hold to complete.
as long as the order states didn’t change from on hold to complete you can cancel your order at any time. If the order status has changed to complete and the payment has been delivered unfortunately, you can not cancel your order.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping company within a minimum of one day and a maximum of three days depending on the stock states of the product.
The delivery time will vary depending on where you live.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange ,
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The item is damaged due to shipping problems.
- The item is missing some of its parts.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing some of its parts . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@teacher-g.com and attach the receipt or a proof of purchase.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange
If the exchange is approved, a physical address will be sent to you to return the item to be exchanged.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to your error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
